Can’t say enough good things about this team. A little bit of luck that I stopped by a time when they were able to work me in, but as an out-of-town visitor needed to be seen urgently, they were a huge help. Found a foreign body in my eye. As a doctor, I know great care and this was great care. Thank you to the team!

Dr. Woodyard did a great job with my eye exam as always and answered all of my questions. Ryan and the staff are very professional and efficient. My new reading glasses are wonderful!

Went for my annual exam with Dr. Woodyard. I’ve been going here 3 years (since moving back to STL). Dr. Woodyard is very thorough. I wear contacts and the clarity of my vision has improved when he changed my prescription. Today Dr. Woodyard noticed a change with the optic nerve and called my primary doctor to coordinate getting some labs completed. Dr. Woodyard called me this evening to discuss the results of the labs. Excellent follow up and excellent care!

My 14 year old was comfortable and the staff was friendly. This is my third year coming here and I don’t have any complaints they get you in and out without any problems.

A big shout out to Amber, whose willingness to help us went above and beyond. We were from out of town for soccer tournament and my son forgot his contacts at home. With two hours before the game and driving through every eye center in the area, this is the place that saved the day. Thank you Amber! Not only that you have saved my son running blind on the field, you have helped the whole team to become champion and claim the US National Presidents Cup trophy. Your gesture will not be forgotten and my son said "we need more people like Amber"! Crown Vision Center is lucky to have you on their team.

We are new to town and was trying to find a great eye care place. The experience that we had received was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

The receptionist, the doctor, and the opticians all contributed to an amazing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Malika—she was absolutely phenomenal! Her infectious smile and unwavering patience made my visit unforgettable. We definitely need more amazing people like her in the world!

My experience here was nothing short of amazing. Miss Kayla helped me out tremendously from figuring out which frames fit me the best to working with me to get the best deal. I highly recommend this facility, they all made me feel so welcomed and important. Excited to come back in two weeks!

Just left my Appointment, eye exam and needed glasses. Met with two great guys, Dr. Meyer and Ted. Ted had me rolling. 🤣🤣 I recommend this Clarkson to everyone. Entire staff very friendly and on point.

I came back to Crown after few years of seeing another provider. The difference in comfortability is remarkable! I guess I didn't think there was going to be a huge difference when I went to the other provider, and, I honestly didn't think anything was necessarily wrong. That was until for some reason I went back to Crown. I can't remember the last time I was able to actually forget I was wearing glasses. That's the difference I am currently experiencing, my glasses are extremely comfortable/well fitting, and easy to transition from reading close, to viewing distances as well. Thank you Crown, I will return next year.

The doctor and staff was great. I usually go to clarkson but they had a shortage on doctors. This has been a great experience. The doctor also gives a lot of great advice and seems to genuinely care. This is my new home for eye care.!

This was my first time going and it was super quick! 15 minutes or so. The doctor answered all my questions I had! Super nice! Great service from the moment I stepped in (Question. I was told I could bring frames I had already and get my updated prescription put in them how much would it cost for about 2/3 pairs of glasses? Thanks!!)

I usually go elsewhere, out of north county, to find good service, but these ladies are wonderful, they are kind, professional and fast. My three daughters wear glasses so we go often and never had any issues, minimal wait to be seeing and glasses arrive faster than estimated time. Happy to make business with them. Keep up the good work.

Our first time here was a 10/10 experience. We were greeted upon entry and the facility was clean & organized. The wait time was only a few minutes after signing in & the staff was very polite. Extremely kid friendly. Dr Osborne was very professional and easy going. Answered all of our questions we had about everything too. Only waited a week for the glasses to come in and it was the best eye Dr experience.

In the 20+ years I've been purchasing glasses on my own as an adult, this was hands down the best experience I've encountered. This particular purchase was utilizing vision insurance I was about to loose as I had recently become unemployed. Knowing that I had a tight budget, the ladies in the office made it happen regardless. All of them were so kind and helpful, especially when it came to helping select frames. They really found frames that fit the shape of my face and character. They weren't just trying to push off something and be done with it as all too often is the experience elsewhere. The staff really went above and beyond to cater to the customer. When two final selections were picked, they even called in some reinforcements for a final opinion. Having not been to this location in several years, other than to browse in years past, I really didn't know what to expect. In just a little over an hour, I had an eye exam, frames that matched the budget I wanted to maintain and a great overall experience. The glasses were ready in about two weeks and fit almost perfectly the first time they were put on. Thanks ladies ! ! !

I’ve been coming here for almost 10yrs now and have always been happy. Never had any thoughts of switching.BUT TODAYYYYYYY my girl Allison definitely made me a for lifer patient!!!!!!! Once I find a pair of frames that I like, I stick to that same pair until they are no longer available! Well I called today to reordered my glasses because I lost mine, unfortunately they are on back order so I had to pick out a new frame. I’m without a car currently so the 30min drive there to pick out a frame, then come back to pick them up is a little bit a hassle for me. THIS ANGEL let me email her a picture of me with said glasses on, looked through the store then sent multiple pictures back of pairs that were similar or she thought I might like!!! 10/10 customer service. I hope her pillow is always cold at night, her coffee is always the right temp & nothing but blessing for her!

Easy to schedule appointment online. Online application process is simple and convenient. Staff was friendly from start to finish and during pickup. Very little wait time. Great selection of frames. Due to overall experience, I would highly recommend crown.

Made the appointment online. Filled out a little paperwork and received my eye exam at the time of my appointment. No insurance so the cost was $114. This is not bad at all. Everyone there was courteous and professional. Would recommend.

This location seems to change doctors a lot, but I have to tell this story. I went in for just a regular eye exam and to get new glasses, and the doctor told me it looked like my retina was thinning, and to come back in a few months. I did, and there was a new doctor there, Dr. Salman. He said it looked like I had a genetic eye disease, and he sent me right to a retina specialist. Well, he was right. There's not a lot they can do, but the disease's progression is very slow. I'm so glad he caught it!

Dr.Salaman Muhammad has came here and after being a patient since 2016 he has told me everything about my condition and explained to me that there may be chance. I appreciate his efforts and opinions. Please keep him . I also noticed turn over as Head Optimistic is higher than Upfront Clerks. Please keep him

Been going here for a couple years now. I recently just broke my glasses and they repaired it the same day. Fortunately I had an old pair & replaced the lenses only. My Mother, Hubby and I had our annual eye exam and the staff at the Ladue Crossing location provided excellent service. They have a heart and care about the health of your eyes and suggested extra testing of the eye if needed. In addition, They made sure when we walked out that we were satisfied with the choice of frames we made. Ms. Dajanae Jackson made sure that my Mom and I had some pretty sophisticated eye wear. When I went to work the next day, I got so many compliments on my glasses and I feel so confident with the look. Even when I came back for the pick up my Mom’s glasses up, Ms. Dajanae was giving me other suggestions for eye wear fashion that looked great. There was another young lady who suggested a purple wire style frame and I loved them and have them on my list for next time. She was very helpful as well. Also they made sure that we were aware that getting the extended warranty for extra protection. We purchased it! Kudos to this store and crew. I will have them in all future appointments.

I came in and bought some new contacts and after they had arrived, I had issues filling out the rebate for them so I called Amanda Ford and she let me come in right away to help me resolve my issue. Rebates can sometimes be an annoying process, but Amanda was very patient with me and very sweet and did an amazing job helping me. Everyone that works at Crown vision Ladue Is very sweet and helpful and I’m glad to call them my eye doctors

This place is one of one! I love the staff here, they are all so friendly and knowledgeable of the materials they sell. They always extend the extra effort to help with looking into and understanding insurance benefits and the current trends around glasses. THE Dr. Dust was very knowledgeable and very poise. I brought my special needs niece in for a long over due eye exam and new glasses. From the moment we walked in, all three of the ladies in the front (juggling various hats/responsibilities) were so king and insurance knowledgeable to Dr Lutz. Patient, kind, caring…she said when we left she felt safe and that everyone listened. That is high praise from her. She selected two frames and she is excited for them to come in. Went in for my annual exam. Had several tests that showed I had no problems with my eyes. My prescription hadn’t changed so I didn’t need new glasses. I was in and out in under an hour. Good experience.

have said it before and I will say it again, the entire staff here is incredibly professional and genuinely caring. Jamie, the practice manager, goes above and beyond. Almost a year after my first visit I reached out for help ordering contacts without insurance. She not only responded promptly but even price matched so I could order directly through them, which is exactly what I wanted. Everyone on the team is quick to respond and truly wants to help. Having worked in an optometrist’s office myself, I know how some places can feel salesy. This office is the opposite. They genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend.

Great experience overall! Staff and Dr. Rackovan are amazing and addressed all questions with care. Amanda is very kind and knowledgeable, she got me checked in for pre testing and helped find the perfect frames and lenses for me within my budget while making sure it’s what I was looking for with daily wear.

Thanks Cecily and Jamie manager for their exceptional excellent service to make sure my new prescription bifocal glasses will have no more error on too low focus as last pair from the other location last year and they refused the error to make me wearing it >a year and just would admit on this new pair on previous error pair and over charged me $100 this time than all my previous pairs. This is the first eye doctor I came to since moving to STL from NC last year. I actually used to work for clarkson eyecare in NC (Eyecarecenter), however my boyfriend had the worst experience at the ballwin location, so I was committed to find a completely different company to go to for my overdue exam / contact change. I came to crown vision as its right nearby my work. I was absolutely blown away by the top notch customer service, how fast they were (but never rushed you!), and how great the doctor was. Everyone was so very friendly, & didn’t push you to choose anything right then & there for their commission like my boyfriend experienced elsewhere. Safe to say he is switching to them as well. Absolutely recommend coming here!

We had a ball my entire appointment everyone including the doctor was hilarious. They provided very thorough instructions they were informative from start to finish. I honestly hadn’t had my eyes checked in a lonnnnnnnnnnnnggggggg time. The doctor did my examination and explained her recommendations and the ladies upfront calculated everything and told me the price differences before I made a final decision. Great place to have an eye appointment!

I've been going here several years now. The eye doctor is always thorough with her exams, answers my questions regarding vision changes and actually prints out my prescription for my file, or if I want to purchase frames elsewhere or later in the year. The tech workers are so helpful in suggesting which frames look good on the face and navigate my insurance online forms like magic. These ladies haven't changed but this year my insurance did, still...it was smooth work. Usually there are major hiccups when your insurance changes. Bravo, ladies! Loughborough location.

The Customer service was amazing, my son found the glasses and added a few optional add ons. To conteract screens affect on his eyes, also discussed future options for my situation. The Doctor explained as she was giving the eye exam as we went along and why... Maria is the crowned jewel when it comes to customer service and helpfulness. I used to go to Clarkson Eyecare, and while I liked my doctor, the staff wasn't always easy to deal with and I always felt rushed and as if I were an annoyance. Crown Vision Center has been an upgrade. They understand that service and treating customers right, is the key to success. I always get a prompt response, they're helpful, and courteous.

I LOVE my new frames 🤩 I had a great experience at Crown Vision Center. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Kojima was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole visit was quick and easy without feeling rushed. The location is very convenient, and they have a great selection of frames to choose from. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kojima and the staff are excellent — knowledgeable and friendly. I arrived a half hour before my appointment, but after filling out minimal paperwork, I was quickly taken to Dr. Kojima, who explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions very clearly. After the exam, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting my eyeglass frame selection. I was able to leave the store only 10 to 15 minutes after my original appointment time.

This crown vision office in Saint Ann Mo is beyond 5 star . The staff is so friendly and patient and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and organized and Dr Wade is an outstanding Dr . I have retinol deterioration and he makes sure I am seeing as much as he possibly can allow me to see with corrective lenses . He is patient and takes time to answer any questions I may have . . I appreciate him so much .

I use a walker and entry doors can be difficult to navigate. As I approached CrownVision, one of the young women ( Jenna) hurried up and held the door open for me. Even though I arrived early for my appointment they had me start the paperwork and the assessments. Dr.Kaponek was thorough, professional and very patient with me. Choosing new frames was fun with the techs offering suggestions. And when I was finished I left feeling good about the whole experience.

Dr. Matthew has been a life saver. He not only diagnosed the problem that's been bothering me for a year, but he also put me on the right path for treatment. Feels nice to be getting my life back. Dr. McCoy is amazing. He goes through all your tests and explains what he is looking for and explains everything to you. Hannah is amazing! She is extremely patient when you are looking for that perfect pair of glasses and she is extremely knowledgeable. Will recommend them to anyone.

I Really like the way Dr. Kinder is attentive to my eye care and always listens to my eyes issues and has the most wonderful personality and the staff is also nice and I love getting eye glasses at this location.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Dr. Sherwood is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and it’s very clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. I have significantly worse vision in one eye and have always struggled with glasses because they caused double vision and a constant sense of imbalance, so I relied on contacts. Over the past two years, my vision had become increasingly blurry, especially at a distance, and it felt like I just couldn’t see clearly anymore. Dr. Sherwood adjusted my prescription so quickly, and honestly, it felt like I saw clearly for the first time yesterday. Everything is sharp and clear again—I can read easily and see things clearly at a distance. I’m still in awe of what a huge difference such a simple adjustment made. He even explained why my glasses gave me that imbalance and how we could make it that I would be able to in the future if I decided to get glasses; it’s so crazy that he is the first doctor in 10-15 years that was able to help with both. I do not remember her name (Sorry!!!) but the employee helping me order the contacts and bill everything through insurance was also sooooo caring and went above and beyond to help me with the prices. I am beyond grateful and would highly recommend Dr. Sherwood to anyone looking for exceptional eye care. Thank you sooooooooooo much! You guys have no idea what difference you’ve made!

Dr. Sherwood is a great optometrist. As well as being personable, he is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has been a great experience every time.

Fantastic service from entire staff, all the way from booking the appointments over the phone for my family of four to my husband having to go back in this afternoon to have his lense material changed, and they threw in $50 off for the inconvenience without my husband even asking. Wonderful team! I always get the best service each and every time I come in. I commute almost 40 minutes to this particular location, Tesson Ferry, because of their staff and because they are literally the only ones who can get my glasses just the way I need them.
