Overall, very happy with everything involving getting my eye glasses/frames from Crown. Everyone was most pleasant and helpful and Danny did an excellent sales job!
I would expect an optical shop to be more professional. The employees smart-talk to each other without regard to customers. Last year(my first time at Crown Vision) I was really surprised by how unprofessional the store associates were, but I was more prepared this time. Dr. Mach was fine, though the appointment is clearly more about seeing whether eyeglasses can possibly be prescribed rather than seeing whether glasses are needed at all.
I wrote you sometime ago with a compliment for some of your employees and since then I have had the privilege of meeting and being assisted by Samira and Chrisine at the Ladue Crossing store here in St. Louis. I'm a young 70 years old and have worked since 14. Like everyone else, I have had good and bad experiences with customer service. I am presently working at a government facility, where, at times, have to deal with angry individuals who can be pretty uncomfortable. With that being said...I do want you to know that Samira and Christine are valuable employees. They are so nice and that I wished I worked there. I will never go anywhere else but Crown! I intend to tell all my friends and acquaintances about your fantastic service. Thank you for providing a caring service to the community. Glenda
I just wanted to take a moment and tell you about the out standing service I received at the chesterfield location. The other day fell, and broke my glasses. The were purchased from crown less than a year ago, any way the lenses were completely scratched, and my frame was completely shot. I walked into the Chesterfield location, and was greeted by Molly. I explained the situation- and we started to look around at all the frames. As I was trying on she told me she wanted to go check my account. She came back and told me I had purchased a warranty on my glasses 7 months ago- and because of that I would be able to get new frames and lenses for only $100! What a bargain especially because I spent over $500 on my glasses earlier that year. I now have to go back to finish picking out my frames- I ran out of time deciding between different frames. I was even able to restyle under my warranty for equal to or less than the amount of my original frames. Molly was wonderful- and she not only was helpful but is saving me tons of money, and especially in these times with this economy, every dollar counts. Congratulations to crown for having such a valuable employee.
Kristina Brandt did a wondeful job helping me with a problem I had. I purchased glasses and was not happy with them. They were not comfortable. I found some elsewhere and decided I did not want them. I went back to return them(I had found some more comfortable. I went so far as has the other place have the script faxed to them. I came in to return them and found some I liked much better. Actually I wasn't happy also because I had insurance and it was cheaper to get the Back to School Sale. She figured out how to help me give me a better deal using my insurance and instead of paying $229.00 for frames I got a 30% discount on my frames and a better lense for about $100 cheaper. I very much appreciate her help and got two more opinions from associates that also worked there. I was very impressed with the service and will definitly will be back and recommend your shop to others!Thank you!
I phoned four other providers. McKenzie at your Alton location was very helpful and spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me. She looked up my insurance carrier and gave me all the information I required to make an intelligent purchase. It was totally due to her efforts that you received me as a patient. Good going McKenzie!!! She is a true asset to your operation. The other businesses seemed to pre-occupied to bother.

I went to my usual eye doctor for my yearly exam and was disappointed in their selection of eye wear. I decided to shop around a little before I made any decisions- When I went into Crown I was immediately greeted and told about the half off sale! And what a selection! They weren't real busy at the time so Kelly and Misty both began pulling styles they thought I would like and would look good in. Let me tell you these ladies know their stuff because I had a hard time choosing just one! Since I was alone it was great to have their professional and personal opinions- It was like I had my own personal stylists! After I decided on a pair Kelly fixed up my old glasses to hold me over until my new ones arrived- That was much appreciated! The customer service I received was above and beyond! I love my new glasses! I never used to wear my glasses out of the house- now I feel like I have a hip accessory to put with my outfits! Plus my husband thinks I look "sophisticated" and that is not a word he has ever used to describe me! I don't usually do online surveys or give feedback but I had such a great experience I had to share it with you all! Thank you Kelly and Misty!
Misty was very helpful during my visit. I had no idea that there were different sizes of frames organized by number measurements. I had purchased frames in the past from another retailer and they did not inform me of this so my glasses were too large for my face. Misty helped me with finding the right size and now I can feel confident with the choice I made. No more glasses that are three times too large for my face. Thank you so much!
I was in your Florissant location a couple of weeks ago and usually I don't leave feedbacks based upon customer service. Maybe it's because I have never experienced customer service like I do with Kelly. I was in need of new glasses and she went out of her way to find the perfect frames for me. She was so patient, fun and helpful that I was able to relax and take the time to find what suited my style best. You could tell that she genuinely appreciated me as her customer. Unsure of the location name but I went to the one on St Charles Rock Road. I am from Evansville traveling on business and I had a screw fall out of my classes. Sandranetta met me as I walked in and helped get my glasses back together quickly and pleasantly. She was great and has wonderful customer service skills. Thanks Sandranetta for making my day. I just wanted to say how satisfied I am with the service I received from Hollie at the Fairview Heights location. She was very helpful and professional answering all of my questions and giving me the information I needed. I believe she goes beyond what is expected of her to satisfy the customer.
I recently purchased new eyeglasses from the Creve Coeur location. I wasn't as happy with the style as I thought I would be and after 1 week, I decided to use their 30 day guarantee. I was afraid they would give me a difficult time for wanting to return the glasses, but I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was. I would like to thank Michelle - she was extremely helpful, gracious and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I just have to say that Crown Rocks!!! I made an appointment and expected to be waiting a long time when I walked in the door just because this was not a normal eye dr. office. I was assuming this would be a take a number and wait your turn. I arrived a few minutes early as instructed and filled out the paperwork. In about 10 minutes from the time I signed in, I was sitting in the chair getting my exam. It was a very thorough exam and the Dr. was very informative. I could not have asked for a better Dr. Once I sat down to pick out the frames I wanted it was very easy. The lady helped me and gave me plenty of choices and explained everything to me in very good detail to make sure I understood everything I was choosing and exactly what I would be paying for. I cannot wait to get my new glasses.
Great Prices and good consistent service! I took my son there for his first pair of glasses and the doctor and staff did a great job with him. Crown had a good selection of glasses and took so much time with him. It is difficult to find people who truly care, but Crown does. Thank you for making this experience an easy one for us!
Thank you for having such a compassionate and knowledgeable employee working in your Crown Vision Store in Fairview Heights, IL. Holli was always kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Holli did not waste any time taking care of my situation, and at the same time, making sure all other customers were being helped. If you hire more "Holli's" you will be on the Fortune 500 List very soon. I was very pleased and will return to that store for all my optical needs in the future.

The Saint Charles location has an excellent employee, Danny, who is very customer oriented. The day I went in, he was swamped, yet he kept his cool and was very curteous to everyone. He took time to explain which frames would work best with my prescription and lifestyle. This kind of professionalism made me feel like a valued customer.
Very Knowledgeable ? 9 In January I came into the Lindell office for my eye exam with Dr. Lopatin. From the time I walked in the door, I could tell that everyone knew what they were doing, that made me very comfortable. I really want you to know that Dr. Lopatin's assistant really knows her stuff. I have never seen a doctor's assistant that knew as much and was so very organized like she was. She knew what to do and when to do it. I will be sure to have my exams at the Lindell location from now on.?
Fast, Friendly, Reasonable 11/18/2009 I was visiting St. louis as an out-of-towner and got some debris is my eye. After an hour of pain I looked on the internet and found Crown Optical in Ladue. I walked in and the doctor squeezed me in and was so friendly about it so I didn't feel rushed at all. I even walked out with a new pair of glasses because they had a great selection all across the board price-wise. I would recommend Crown Optical to families who want that personalized care (they have kids' glasses) and quick service. Pros: staff, selection of stylish frames, convenience Cons: They are only in MO!

I just wanted to share my recent experience with your Florissant location. I went into the store expecting a "bait and switch" experience because of your 2 for $69 promotion. I have to tell you I was pleasantly surprised to find the selection of frames available and that the store was not pushy. They informed me of all my options and were so helpful. I will be a Crown patient for the rest of my life. Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE!
I’m writing this letter to let you know that we are very pleased with the service we received at your Crown Vision Center located at 4145 Lindell. Mrs. Jones received her reading glasses in just two days. That is very good service. Also, the friendliness of the staff was great, especially the lady at the front desk. I think her name was Brenda, she had a very positive attitude







My visit was so NICE! On both my visits the staff was so prompt & friendly & helpful! I really need to bring to your attention that Carrie was a life saver to me. She spent so much time & patience with me. My present contacts are being discontinued & she helped me find some similar contacts to what I was used to. She sent me home with trials & also ordered even more varieties of trials for me! She had all the patience in the world with me. I was called when my trials come in & liked one of them & my oder was processed promptly! Please let this St. Anns location know that I was extremely happy & will send my daughter & friends there.
